Description
(Originally dated 2015-03-28.)A map of the new American territories acquired after a (rather unrealistic) alternate history scenario where the American Civil War, a later Indian Revolt, Second Franco-Mexican War, Paraguayan War, and Franco-Prussian War meld together, and the Union side:
- Union
- revolting Indian states
- Paraguay
- Mexican republicans
- German Imperial states
...still wins against the Confederate side:
- Confederate States of America
- British Empire
- French Empire
- Mexican Empire
- Brazillian Empire
- Argentina
- Uruguay

Calling it the "Oregon" territory might not be the best way of going about it, given as how OTL there was already a territory-cum-state called Oregon. I'd suggest a title like "Cascadia" or "Salish", and then rename what you have as "Columbia" on this map as "New Caledonia".

Indeed. But 15-year-old me* didn't think of that.
*Look at the "Originally dated" date.

I know what I was thinking at the time, and of course have the document on hand, but AFAIK it is a layerless document, so it would be incredibly hard to edit. If it wasn't, I would probably do that.

I could take a crack at it.

OK, then. Remember, no anti-aliasing and I think the font used is Small Fonts.
BTW, in the timeline the US government soon realizes the Arctic Islands would never reach the 60,000 threshold to become a state (I mean, it's even more restricted than Nunavut IRL), so they split it between Hudson and Keewatin.
(On second look, it doesn't seem like Oregan or Columbia are over borders, so that should be relatively easy.)

Tbh, Puerto Rico has 3 million people and it's still not a state because of some BS about finances and Strom Thurmond being a dick. I think that the Arctic Islands (although I prefer the name "Borealia") being a territory forever isn't too far-fetched.
