Every once in a while I get into nostalgic moods, which results in pics like this
Everyone has something that had a profound impact on their childhood, for me it was Sesame Street I watched it fanatically when I was little.
Turns out the show is more than 40 years old, it'd got staying power up there with Pokemon! After reading a bit about Jim Henson, the father of the muppets and all the work that went into the crafting of those characters I felt a homage was in order.
So for most of the day I've been working on this wallpaper of Count von Count, the coolest vampire and my fave muppet.

Thanks, that was the plan
It started as a rough sketch that I scanned in then vectored in illustrator. I like the clean, bold look illustrator gives and muppets really work well with a minimalist style.
Heh Oscar is definitely going to get the vector wallpaper treatment. Along with Cookie and Kermit
