Description
I reeeeeally needed to at least attempt to practice some more 3D Max stuff. I'm surprised that I snapped it up pretty well after so long of neglecting this program.I used a previous prop sketch (probably in my deviations here somewhere) as inspiration for this spear. I cranked out a low-poly, efficient model for it, and unwrapped it/textured it.

Yep. This would definitely be something for a battle-mage. The energy core in the center not only energizes the blade, but allows it to sling out like a whip to quite a distance and then retract back.

Nope, just something that popped into my head one day.

Nice amount of detail. I'd love to see what you can do with high-poly.

Thank you! Yea, I'm excited to try my hand at higher poly. Heck, I'm excited to be doing 3d again in the first place. Its been way too long since I had consistent practice.
