Description
A point commission of 's OC Blade (a younger pass than is seen in his ref sheet) with a dugong. Per her request.
The two-tone background was done with keeping a shallow, south Pacific coral habitat in mind. And the shading/lighting on both characters was a blend of cell shading and freehand, even more of a blend than I typically use in my other works.
