Russians can't produce any.
The problem not in quality, there is fundamental inability.
Americans, Europeans and Japanese today making robots and artificial arms, there is no doubt that at 2020 they will be able to show serial production. There is whole high tech industry.
Meanwhile Russians not even trying. Nothing in Russia in that sphere. And never will be cause science and education in Russia degraded to Third world level.
