So NTLDR game me a beautiful xmas gift the other day, and I was esthatic about it that I just had to do something!
In the image:
Hot Rod was actually onlined in a far away colony, he has never been to Cybertron.
Sunstreaker knows this much, so he took advantage of the Mighty Mechanics game to draw Hot Rod a picture of Cybertron so Rod could learn about their native world.

It's just occurring to me that Sunny doesn't see to have an insignia....

you're right he doesn't!
The reason for that is because:
a: I still haven't decided where to place it
b: Sunny has to do a lot of dangerous stunts and sometimes it's better not to let people know he's an autobot.
c: since this is based on bayverse and the cybertronians also had a lot of tattoos there, i wanted to do a comic where Sunny reveals his insignia and his many tattoos...but I haven't decided how to draw it yet...

Ive been resisting to do a sarma picture myself. I ended up doing a sunny and sideswipe one instead because i have no design for hot rod as a kid,so eh, maybe later I'll make one.

for your art not only what do you use in creating it but do you use something to make detail like with what you did with cybertron or one of your older pictures were sunny was surrounded by paintings?

well, the way I do it is
1) pencil and inks (or really thing markers, like 0.1 or 0.4)
2) I scan it and amplifyit by 60% and clean it with photoshop
3) I color using layers in Photoshop.
the thing markers allow me to make really small details, and making the image bigger is also really cool when I want to add something else post scanning!

As for that particular image, I had some sketches laying around, so I only had to distort their shape so they could look like paintings leaning on walls. (but in reality the sketches were almost as big as the rest of the image, I only shrunk them a bit!)
