This is the only thing I've ever drawn that made me say "Awwwwww" while I was still drawing it.
An explanatory theory: Twilight helped by squishing them together and separating them out again whilst combining their DNA in the most calculable beneficial way possible, transferring the resulting data to one of Rarity's eggs and stimulating the resulting embryo into cellular division.
So there you go.

That should be a foal not an egg. Dragicorns are half mammalian and this one has a mammalian mother and thus should have a live birth.
