A quick sketch of Sally portraying what I think of the new redesign...COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY!
Because I seriously don't think she needed anymore clothes, she was an awesome character, but NO, they had to take it away. They took her cheek fluff away (that was a signature of Sally >.>), they changed her eyes, they made her look so young -.- I just don't like it >.> well done Ian, very well done...
Sally doesn't need clothes for being accepted, and also, the design of the attire is completely generic, there are LOTS of fan characters with this kind of simple pants, and the gloves? They're a recolor of Amy's gloves, 'nuff said :I

I used to all the time when I was younger. I didn't post them to the intenet at the time but I still had a good time writing them. I would even turn them in for creative writing assignments. I was homeschooled at the time and was pretty much free to do my own thing but if I was a classroom teacher I wouldn't have a problem with a student turning in fanfics...I'd even encourage it. Maybe I'd even have a whole assignment where students would have to write a story about ending up in the world of their favorite TV show/movie/comic book, etc. I wouldn't worry about it being "cannon" or a certian character acting "out of character". I'd just use it as a way to get the kids modivated to write a stroy.

I noticed. No cheek fuzz, overblown Anime Eyes. (Her original artist on SatAm was already Japanese! Ken Kenoshita.) Big Mickey Mouse Gloves. Huge feet.

I like Sally either way, no matter what she looks like. be it younger, or more mature. I just like her as a character. And I think her younger looks make her cuter, and I like it when she's not like Rouge.

Well, larger eyes, more proportionate hair, less of a massivly "sexy" body, it made her cuter. The cheek fluffs...? Weren't they Tails's thing before Sally? Just saying. I don't think the colors suit her, but I think the outfit itself suits her. The black is a bad idea, and I think it's to dark on her already dark, Earth toned body. But that's just me. And she still looks like Sally to me.

I know, but it's not her "thing". A thing is like Amy's hammer, or Tails's tails, or Sonic's speed. Sally being known for fuzz on her face isn't something I like. Her tomboyish looks, or her mind, yea...but fuzzies on her face...nuu... Fang did, didn't he? like, the same kind, I'm pretty sure...and he was early on...Fang, Tails, Sally, Bun-Bun did I think, as did Antoine...And now i gotta think of all the old characters with a fuzzy face.
