Well i suppose this is my very first drawing of 2015
I mean ive uploaded a couple of WIPS but thiss is my first drawing ive started and completed in 2015 so i hope you enjoy!
For all you die hard DW fans out there yes im aware that shiro's hair is white however in this particular reference is was grey and so i followed the reference as im nothing more than a sheep...Β

So because you asked me for a critique:
The picture is really really good (better than mine 
The biggest improvement point are your lines, you probably drew, stopped, started drawing again, stopped and made so a line with smaller lines (something like that, if I'm wrong, I'm sry, that's just what I'm assuming ^^ (because that's what i do a lot))Β
My tip would be to try drawing lines more steadily and in one turn, so you don't have to stop in the middle of ... idk... the outline of her hair for example ^^

i think certain aspects of your outshine mine such as the blood and inking/fine liningΒ
I'm just terrible xD I've got pretty poor accuracy/my hands aren't very steady... I tried to improve on my line work on my most recent Yugi Mutou drawing which was indeed better than this one but still was not good enough xD

as much as I'd love to take full credit for this drawing I can't,
i simply drew it from reference where only half the face was shown, I'm glad you like it but the effect was not my own so I can't take credit for that xD

Im not that far into the manga, just really got to tthe part where Ganta has just beaten crow and Mr.Fatty wants to eat the girls Prim Roses
But things have been fairly different up to this point, there have been 2 new main characters that have bee introduced, and i believe this is why they have not/decided not to make a second season, however i suppose its also due to ratings xD

I know o.o take for example noragami, they made up a whole new plot for the anime,
the manga is nearly complitely different.
So if it's the same with deadman wonderland...I maybe won't read it and leave it by watching the anime.

things are pretty much the same just with some characters changed around a bit, the best example i could give is that when yoan (if thats how you say his name :S, the guy with the MAD amount of caspoints
gets his arm broken buy the dench martial arts dude in the manga its one of the new main characters who gets her arm broken, its the same scene just re-acted
Id personally tell you to give the manga a try s i hear it has a suitable ending and actually ges more indepth to the situation and backstory etc xDΒ

And you're complaining bout rough coloring? It looks damn decent to me. What looks rough to me is your lines. Don't be such a lazy butt and go practice lining a bit, though I'm not one to talk Lol
Btw are you using, by any chance, Sakura Micron liners? C: I've only started using these as of lately, only with my colored drawings though. I don't plan on using ink liners for B&W artworks. c:

yeah ive not got the steadiest hand and with my confidence being as low as it is now i cant help but think that it wont be good enough anyway... but then by thinking that my actions which follow that trail of thought are the cause to my lack of confidence! xD
