A beautiful depiction of Jasmine that is both innocent yet sexy at the same time, and which has a certain sense of realism to her which is refreshing and quite amazing to see! The classical painting style is perfect for this image too, and really makes this portrait shine. Jasmine is my favorite Disney Princess, and this is certainly one of my favorite depictions of her. Splendid work! I love it lots.

Congrats on the DD! She's beautiful! The composition is wonderful and I love how you brought touches of real world culture to bring a classic Disney princess to life. I'm confused by everyone calling her fat though. Like, have you see women before? As in not one photoshopped to unrealistic proportions. She looks pretty average to me and I don't understand why her weight is the first thing people are noticing when this piece is absolutely gorgeous with amazing details everywhere that have NOTHING to do with her size.

This is beautiful. Ethnically and realistically, you've managed to capture the idea of the character and given her form. How often do we see that in character design nowadays?
Amazing. Definitely worth the DD. Congratulations!

Love this, she actually looks like a real woman, and not a Disney stick. And I don't know why, but her face reminds me of the Mona Lisa, so I guess that just shows your level of skill!

To everyone calling her fat, remember that we can't really see her stomach, and she may just have a round face.

My favorite part is that she looks like a real woman and doesn't have fake Disney princess proportions. This is gorgeous. The softness of the piece is really beautiful too, love that style.

Great work and congratulations on the Daily Deviation! I like how this is a well-executed throwback to a more classic style but still stays true to Jasmine somehow. I did see a comment that she does look more heavy-set than in the films (and at the parks, for that matter), but I put that down to being part of the old style, where the painter could add a few pounds, so I don't mark it down for that. Keep it up! (Faves and recommends)

Beautiful! I love how you drew her to reflect her actually ethnicity and how you didn't make her inhumanly skinny like Disney princesses are usually portrayed.
It's refreshing to see a princess who looks like an actual human, and your artistry is just amazing. Well done!

This piece reminds me a lot of La maja desnuda! Did you perhaps draw some inspiration from that piece, or is it purely coincidental? :'D
