DUDE. So. Years later, I'm writing up Negaduck a new airborne vehicle (because he always HAS to have a new ride) and decide, despite my better judgement, on a blimp (RP is here: negaverse.net/duckverse/blog/v… )
I google 'duck blimp' for the hell of it and what do I find but you.

I think both ducks look really good. I like girl characters a lot so the girl duck looks better to me, but that's just me. Also it's cool you like to draw what you personally love

If you look up semi-rigid dirigibles, some designs have a 'bow' keel to support the tip of the envelope. A duck shaped bow keel with a duck body below as a control cabin below would be easier to steer. With raised wings, it could look like a duck riding on the tip of a bullet...

You probably already are exceedingly familiar with it, but here's a diagram of a semi-rigid airship. img.tfd.com/ggse/28/gsed_0001_… A duck with his / her outstretched neck and head could form the front keel and the bulge of the control cabin could fit in the body. Wings could be painted on the envelope. But I'm being obsessive here.
