Also, the name is nice. I wonder who came up with it. I'm surprised that they didn't go for a name that spelled out 'art'. Angela Rachel Deluth, or something similar.

While I'm unsure what she does her design is very cool and I find her expression relatable.

She was an art thief that used magic paint to enter paintings to hide out from security but also used that same magic paint to trap others in paintings. I think it was later revealed that from overuse of that magic paint that she eventually became made of paint and was dissolved by paint thinner when fighting Darkwing Duck.

Wow that is incredible and a classic case of villains using their powers resulting in their ultimate downfall. Though I love that it leaves potential as while she would be dissolved by paint thinner there is wiggle room in the story for her to somehow return.
Though that remains up to the creator it does remind me of cases in where villains who met their ends via their powers leading to their death somehow return.
Her story is interesting and hopefully I can learn more about her as she's a kind of villain that leaves me intrigued.
