Awo is a wolfolk. She comes from a tribal pack like all wolfolk, but unlike many wolfolk likes spends a lot of time with humans.Relations between wolfolk and humans is very good in rural areas, but cityfolk really don't take well to them. That is okay though because wolfolk don't do well in cities anyway.
Gonna try my hand at daily characters. I think I'll improve a lot and it will shake the rust off from inactivity.
If anyone out there has any suggestions they would like to see, just let me know. =]

Just was thinking about it while drawing the character.
I came up with it on my own, but I guess i was sorta thinking a bit about Escaflowne when I came up with it.
I think though that different races in a setting and their relations could be an awesome basis for a good story.
As I see it at this moment, wolfolk are like people but they work in a wolf society.
They still use tools and have a rich culture, but they are more nomadic and have fairly animalistic morals.
Tribal ties are strong and it is very important to them to keep good standing in their pack.
Pack leaders are strong and ruthless, but care about he wellbeing of their people.
In general wolfolk and lone wolfolk work well human society, but humans have a hard time in wolfolk society.
I dunno, just playing around I guess, imagining things is just fun... XD

Wow I really like the set up for that cultural dynamic! Β You could definitely explore the human condition as you take two characters and have them experience the other culture's world. Β I think you've got a lot of potential here! Β I'd love to read the story if you ever write it.
I LOVE creating cultures and different spices (don't know if you remember my descriptions for the monsters I made for your contest but I get carried away sometimes).
