Description
When I went down into the basement library to fetch a book for my mentor.
I didn't expect what I found there, I was undisturbed though.

Spirits are commonplace here, and they generally mean no harm.
I came after a certain book, one that my mentor had talked about time and again.
I found it, the spirit helped. She knew the layout of the basement well.
She kept following me though, asking questions and saying things. I tried to ignore her.

"What are you reading that for? Where are you from? Your hair is beautiful! Do you understand what you are reading?
I have candles for you, it should help you read! How old are you? Where did you get that dress? Do you have more like it?"

She went on and on and I turned to tell her to stop, but when I did, she met my eyes with her bright glowing pair and said,

"Are you lonely? I am..."

I dropped the book and started crying. She wrapped her arms around me, and even though I couldn't feel her, I felt comforted.
I went down into the basement for a book, I left with a friend.

I did this as my half of a trade with SaucerQueen
It was a ton of fun. Rules were it had to be a girl with a flowered/lacy dress, and a spellbook. =]
