Concept work for a now-abandoned comic that was called Flutter On

Now for some random headcanons;
Older Fluttershy is basically the same as her younger, canon counterpart personality-wise. The only differences are that she's slower in her movements, and her wings are no longer able to support her weight for flight.

Butterscotch is Fluttershy's daughter, about the human equivalent of fifteen (Fluttershy had her late). She's shy just like her mom, but she's a little ball of energy comparable to Pinkie Pie when she's around friends and family. She helps out a lot with the animals Fluttershy keeps at her cottage, along with keeping a small garden in a window box outside her bedroom. Her favorite thing in the world is when Uncle Discord comes by for a visit.
Note: Because this keeps popping up; as of right now I'm just saying Butterscotch's dad died.

Older Discord is much more mild mannered and level-headed than his canon counterpart. He's calmed down a lot, still loves a good laugh but it isn't the driving force behind his actions anymore (though he still can't resist pulling pranks every now and then). He's been a constant presence in Fluttershy's life through the years, as a good family friend. Whenever he gets a break from his relatively new place as Equestrian royalty he visits his friends, Fluttershy, Butterscotch, and the other Element bearers, in Ponyville.
