Unlike his older sister, who was part of the X-23 Project, Stephen was born the old fashioned way. At age 3, he first discovered his heat vision powers. At his current age (16), he is now a pro with heat vision, and doesn’t need to cover his eyes unlike his father.

Just call him Eyeblaze.
