You'd think we'd all know by now, but nope.I went wandering through the games section of my favorites, and playing a couple of old favorites, and you know what I found in the comments?
Flipping walls of these things- and that's not an exaggeration.
Honestly, there's no reason this behavior should continue on a site where the minimum age is 13- which is more than old enough to know better than this.
If even half the chainmail I encountered came true, not only would I have died a thousand times, I'd be able to open a pink electronics AND staff it with my harem-slash-hoard of perfect boyfriends and magically compelled crushes.
Seriuosly, don't post this stuff- not only does it (obviously) never, EVER work and make you look stupid, but it's a form of disrespect towards the owner of the page you've been posting that worthless crud on.
Especially towards the game makers, because coding is hard, and making games without any outside assistance is even harder, and given the amount of effort they've put into their stuff, I think they deserve better than a bunch of spam.
Especially when that spam boils down to someone saying "i don't care about wasting my or other peoples time, so go repost this story instead of giving people the valuable feedback they really need".
No one likes a spammer- so don't be one.
Don't pull this kind of crud- it's literally not worth it in any way shape or form.
Chainmail is a foolish and idiotic task you're better off never doing.
Use that time for art or real commentary instead. ^ ^
