Very nice! It looks like the opening scene to a story... like, I half expect a serial killer or a sexy marauder to appear out of the gloom.
And it kinda reminds me of the village/graveyard from "Night on Bald Mountain" from Disney's Fantasia.

I also forgot to mention earlier how much I really like the part in the clouds to reveal the starry sky. I'm still trying to figure out whether or not that is the "path" or the one on the ground is.
