Miss Griffsnuff, how is it that you always keep the shading and everything so neatly inside the lines in flash? Is there a select tool that I am missing or are you just really careful on all of the layers? Β Β ; v;

x3 if you go look at how I draw in flash its diffrent than how I color in photoshop since I use the buckettool and just shade over the colors by choosing the shade color myself

how many layers do you use? and do you change the opacity of the colour when you're shading? (sorry for the questions I'm annoyingly curious)

and no I dont use opacity when shading in flash xD I choose the shading color that way. So theres no blending modes

xD nah its one for the foreground, including the characters, the trees and stuff inf ront and the ground the characrers are on, one for the skygradients, one for the middleishgrounds in the backfround, and one for fading at the top to seperate the middle ground from the foreground.

May I ask how you do your lineart? Like, do use something like the pen tool in PS or just freehand it?

Flash makes it a lot easier to do lines as it makes all your lines smooth as soon as you stop drawing the line. You could make the most horrible messy line ever, and flash would still make it nice and smooth.Β
