Its not that hard to paint on a feather, most wing and tail feathers are very stiff on birds, so aslong as you paint with the feathers its ok ^^

yeah i painted on the backside of the feather so that stem thingy were really annoying xD so i made a tree out of it

How long did that take you!? What paint did you use?
I could -never- do that on a feather without damaging it.

It took around and hour i think, or less, and i used acrylic paint ^^
they can handle alot more than it looks like x3
