She’s kinda lucky that he fell in with his face pointed skyward, and that the water wasn’t very deep. Otherwise, he coulda drowned :/ Or at the very least, she’d have to do CPR after dragging him out of the water.

I think, if Herobrine had wound up face-down, she would’ve flipped him over before her emotional breakdown... or rather, I hope she would. If not, he’s still a Demi-god (according to your lore), so there is a decent chance that he can last longer than a mortal would without air.
Oh, well, not necessarily mouth-to-mouth, but like chest compressions or the Hiemlich Manuever, get the water out of his lungs, make sure he can breathe properly before she starts yelling at him or interrogating him or whatever.

I just wish some of it would come off to the other side, like Skye jumping out, and when she is in the calm, BOOM, one loud rumble and some blocks fly out of the portal.
