It was against clan tradition to do this. On this, Untakar or... "Orochi" as her partner would call her would openly admit she'd broken a clan rule.

Pride was a terrible thing for her species, often leading many of their greatest to bitter ends and their brightest youths to early deaths at only a few centuries old, barely past their blooded status. It was pride that had forbade the Clans, any clans, with working alongside prey like the humans or serpents, least you desired to be given the title of Bad Blood and cast out, disgraced and forgotten by the clan you sought to achieve glory for.

But this human, this... "Lara" had proven herself a worthy hunting partner. Someone capable of earning the Yautja's respect, despite the boundaries setting their cultures so far apart. A warrior with her own morals and laws, a code of honor that saw her coming into conflict with others like her, but never lost during such conflict. Indeed, Untakar had studied Lara for some time, watching as she protected the small pups the humans had and fought against those without honor.

How many had Lara killed? How many men and monsters had she'd shot or stabbed, claiming their spilled blood as her trophy and their death's her reward for the fighting? Orochi couldn't be sure. It was no where NEAR Orochi's own list of trophies, surely, given the separation in age between them. And yet, Lara have proven herself equally capable as the Yautja huntress, fending off foes bigger and more experienced than herself time and again until she was the only one left standing. A survivor to the very end.

Perhaps that is the reason why Orochi chose to work with the human, slaying the others hidden in the jungle, trying feverishly to steal away Yautja technology and use it to their own ends.

Perhaps, as much as Orochi enjoyed her isolation and solidarity, she missed the company of a competent companion. Perhaps this human had driven her mad with envy and Orochi sought to study her latest prey of interest up close and in the fray of combat. Or maybe... the human's own loneliness had caused a stirring of sympathy and understanding within the hunt hardened huntress from beyond the stars. Honestly... who can say?

Background: The only child of North Korean Immigrants who escaped the country, Gi Mae (literally translating to Brave Hawk / Brave Falcon) or "Lara" as her friends had called her is a reclusive woman. Now at 31 years old, she's something of a legend among the people's of Asia and Africa, with tales of her being spread like wildfire across the latter. Tales of a ghost who hunts any man or woman, hell... ALL men and women who wrong others.

Relentless and always willing to take matters into her own hands, Lara's nature as a predator when on missions is what would lead OWLF to hire her as an agent fore Fire Team Echo, leading other like minded people into combat against the now disavowed Project Stargazer.

But against her typical human prey or against something from beyond the stars?

Species: Yautja. Age: Unknown, rumored to be past 1500 years old. Gender: Female.

Height: 7.3. Weight: 490 lbs.

Hair Color: Red / Maroon. Eye Color: Maroon to purple eyes. Skin Pattern: A pale, ashen white toned body, with streaks of red, maroon and spots of black through out.

Background: A warrior of the Dark Blade clan and dedicated hunter, Untakar or "Orochi" as many humans call her is an ancient Elite, nearing a minimum of 1500 years old. Likely, her age is greater than this and with it, her list of hunts and accomplishments. A seeker of constant challenge and honor bidding warrior for the code all Yaujta can and will follow, the skulls of countless prey line the walls of her ship, everything from ancient beasts to the Serpents to the most interesting prey in her collection: humans.

With her arsenal primed and ancient muscles ready, Orochi came to Earth in the summer of 2021 seeking to retake stolen Yautja technology and collect a few new trophies to her growing collection. That is until she met the human Lara...
