This has to be Navy.Β F4 Phantom II can't fly with folded wings at low speed.Β So this was taken at altitude and at flying speed for the wingspan and wing area shown.Related content

In further thinking about this. LOL. According to the article proffered, the enlisted man whose job is to check the airplanes before they get shot off the carrier let this one go with its wings still folded.Β LMAO.Β
