Do not alway dismiss your children fear of the dark some supernatural being can only be seen in darkness they mass being darker then normal shadows .I was haunted for the age of 4 all the way to the age of 13 before my mother final believed me.Beings that haunted me i referred to as Gremlins do to them being short in size .

I had to take a snapshot and rotate and zoom in to see the "treaty." She doesn't want to lose Teddy, he wants to...strangle her?

Actually the shadow of his finger covers part of it- the terms I'd imagined are more along the lines of "The Monster won't tickle her, she won't unleash her killer teddy bear on him"- very reasonable terms
