Joker was already a little confused when EDI suggested a nice dinner in a restaurant. Adequate evening clothes without his hat were almost too much for him.But after some persuasion by Shepard, Joker yielded. When the two arrived at the restaurant in the evening was Joker very surprised to see Tali and Garrus there.
At least it seemed that Garrus hadn't known about this "double date" either.
