I could not help but think of that as well as soon as she was pinned by that rock ...
... but I find it odd that she was so hopelessly stuck by being pinned by a SINGLE FEATHER.
I mean ... if there are potions to regrow TEETH in Equestria ... surely she could afford to temporarily loose a single feather, even if it was an important one.

The way she tugged at that "feather" and the way her wing was bandaged made me think the tip of her wing got caught. (Who knows what other handy things that turtle has in that shell of his?)
