What's excellent is that this pretty much sums up what was actually going through Rainbow Dash's mind when she was trapped by the rock.
Of course, even if Tank hadn't shown up, it would have been more like 127 minutes before either her friends found her or she dug herself out.

Funny part is, she was pinned by a pinion (One of the large feathers at the end of the wing that provides thrust in order to lift off the ground).
Thus, cutting it would just mean no flying for a month or so.
