Our Zoo has two koalas visiting from the San Diego Zoo. Today was the last day of their visit. This is one of the sweet babies. I was able to see and photograph them at the San Diego Zoo last year, so perhaps I have pictures of this same koala....who knows?Related content

They are completely and utterly adorable! You SO want to cuddle them, but you know you would be ripped to shreds if you tried! Looks are deceiving!

We LOVE your aussie animals! How could we resist? I even love crocs! Yes, I see beauty in most all animals. If you looked at my gallery, you even saw snakes in there. Yup, I like them too! But, these little guys....oh, yeah, we love 'em over here!

I'm seriously suprised that Koalas are overseas.. I'm guessing they were transported over there or something.. They are still endangered, but their numbers are picking up

Their numbers are picking up? Oh, that's good news!!! Yes, I feel very fortunate to have been able to see these marvelous creatures...twice now! And I just got to see a kangaroo with a joey in the pouch on my recent trip to the zoo; just haven't posted that yet! Big enough to be moving around quite a lot and I finally got to see.....no, not the head, but the hairless tail!!!! hahahahahaha! Guess we know where the head was, huh?

Makes ya just want to hug and hold 'em, doesn't it? I felt so fortuante to see them at the San Diego Zoo, never knowing that they would "visit" us in Indianapolis! I love all creatures, yes, even the snakes and all!
