Edit 09-16-2011: I gave this original image a make over. Ursula didn't need that horrible cyan background, she looks great as a .png. I also smoothed out some pixels that were laughing in my face. She got some skin highlights, and her eye(s) were fixed. I forgot her beauty mark mole by her lips, I feel ashamed to call myself an Ursula fan.I know I'm suppose to be posting Chibi Disney Princesses, but watching The Little Mermaid recently made me *really* want to do a chibi Ursula
