this is for =kitton 's contest... kind of.

i mean. i've owed her peony giftart forever, so i kind of combined the giftart with a contest entry, because i'm so pressed for time (that's why there's a starguava in there, too. i'm not sure if that's allowed in the contest entry, but this was how i had planned my gift art ages ago X3 ).

i'm actually kinda chuffed with this piece. =Nicc593 heard me whinging lastnight coz my lineart wasn't working, but i think i pulled it off in the end.

background:
peony's a girly-girl so her bikini is tied up with ribbons, but one's come undone
so she's all like "oi! what do you think you're looking at? my goodies are all for guava :\ "
*ties bootay back up*
and starguava is all like "damn straight."

i'm on a bit of an orange kick at the moment. when i went up to nelson i got a cutting from this beautiful orange hibiscus plant. the flowers are the size of my hand. i just melt whenever i see them. so i hope my cuttings grow. oh, and that's why starguava has a hibiscus flower in her hair :3 i know it's cliche, but i loves them so~

oh, and i didn't go overboard with the blush effect - they're supposed to be a bit sunburnt - because i am too X3
there is no way you can be fair skinned and play in the tropical sun ALL day without getting at least a little fried :3

i think my favourite part is peony's tan line on her butt :3
and look, =kitton , i remembered her freckles!

side note:
i don't normally give character bg info, coz most people don't give a toss, but just for the record, i'm making starguava's hips bigger and her breasties smaller. bahahaha. i'm so over big breasts, and i've always loved big hips <3

i used an anime model to reference the pose for peony, but everything else i whipped up myself.
