Preliminary sketch forSoundwave
More or less the same design previously used in IDW comics, heavily based on his G1 toy counterpart.
Final version had a more vicious look in his face.

I love the detail in the work! I also love the shoulder gun joint, it's nothing big, nothing exciting or flashy but I LOVE the addition of that. I had never thought of it as anything and a gun just attached to the shoulder.

Ive just been looking through all of your pleminary sketches you've posted up recently and I've just got to say that your art is just... unbeleivably spectacularly good. And I would say this every picture if it were not for the fear of the words becoming hollow. everytime I see one of your peices I am reminded of why you are one of my favourite artists out their. All of the success you have is most certainly, undeniably deserved.
