That's a concept sketch I did for the Devil's Due G.I. Joe vs Transformers mini series.(I penciled robots and background for #3 with Emiliano Santalucia)
In this alternate version the Sweeps are mass-produces clones.
Hence the difference in look from the actual Scourge.
