The bully goon.Terrible things happen when you give a muscle battle suit to a squishy and dumb dragon with no more ambition than being the focus of attention.
But that was what the bad guys wanted.
Also the suit has some camouflage features and anti-sweat system (even if he doesn't sweat at all).
