ARRGH my A4 scanner obviously can't fit an A3 drawing! sorry for the lousy quality. i'll take a picture or something later.

Fixed. It's a photo now, but the lighting is still kinda bad.

so, i've drawn quite a few drawings of BC (the most for an actor/character by my standards), and i STILL haven't figured out his face, how it's capable of looking stern and old in some scenes, and young and vulnerable in others. i get it if you're telling me it's the make up, or lighting, and actors do this shit all the time across films, but the keyword is 'across films'. BC does it across scenes. i don't know if it's the make up, or lighting, or the subtle nuances of BC's acting, but the whole arsenal of looks he has to get what he wants as sherlock is amazing and fascinating to say the least. it's the same face, you know. he doesn't put on a fake nose or re-dye his hair. but compare the reichenberg rooftop scenes with moriarty, and the one in which he's telling molly to 'break it up with jim' whereby she runs away and the look on his face as she dashes off. it fucks my mind up each time i compare these two faces of sherlock. i truly don't understand this man's face.

but it's good, because i'm not bored.
