I know this isn't your fault since you were referencing an existing picture but, the breasts on that base could not possibly work. First off, she is clearly doing one of four things; moving right quickly, moving back quickly, falling, or standing with an upshot. If she were moving back, yes her breasts would move outward slightly but, they wouldn't move apart like that and they wouldn't move very far upward anyhow. If she were moving right, her breasts should, because breasts hang, press into her rib cage and flatten. If she were falling, her breasts would move upward but not nearly as high as depicted here.
Otherwise it looks like a pretty good base and the pose is interesting.
