Description This is the Carson Range Rifle, it is designed to maximize range at the exspence of ALL else! The barrel is 8 feet long and fires .69+ rounds of amunition. The weapon uses a Lever Action system similar to a Winchester and also like the Blackfish Carbine. The major difference is it uses a cylender like a revolver.

To load the weapon you slide the scope forward, opening the breach. Each cylender has 4 chambers and is inserted into the breach. Once the cylinder is aligned properly a pin locks the cylinder in place. the scope is the pulled back over to cover the cylinder.

As with all Darkwatch weapons it comes standard with a Melee ax blade for close combat, but due to the extremely long barrel that may be combersome and difficult.

When it comes to lethality the weapon is almost 100% In one occurance it was known to have ellimenated an Oozer with one shot, and that was 3 tons of fury!

Whoo, talk about front heavy.
Nicely drawn though. Still, the gunsmith in me says that with a barrel that long and that thin it would wobble during each fire, thus decreasing accuracy.

Though, I don't know everything so it might also improve accuracy.

Keep in mind that the Barrel is Eight Feet Long! It may look thin but its not!!!

Still, that barrel is certainly going to wobble quite a bit. There's a balance in barrel length that correlates to accuracy, if the barrel is too short then it will not be able to put enough spin in the bullet and also not very accurate to aim with iron sites, too short, and the barrel will wobble like a flag pole on a windy day.
An example is the Ruger 22 Charger pistol [link]
The barrel wall is thick to prevent barrel wobble and with a good shooter, can put three bullets, each one with a diameter smaller than the whit of a pencil, in the same bullet hole at around fifty yards down range.

I am sorry I am like this, I know a little bit about gun dynamics and some things just stick out to me.

Though I do admit your gun does look very cool.

Nw what I'm about to say goes a bit beyond normal gun dynamics. The Darkwatch often enhances their weapons using Supernatural processes. They engineer their weapons to the extreme and then further enhance them some times through alchemic prossess.

Ah... alright once you get magic involved I become clueless

Though there is an old WWII .50 caliber sniper rifle made by the Germans that was used as an Anti-Tank rifle.
