Description
This is a drawing I made of the Webly Fosbery wich is a VERY unique English revolver. Infact its a SINGLE ACTION revolver! When the pistol is fired the reqoil of the gun causes the Barrel and cylender frame to slide BACKWARDS cocking the hammer automaticaly! An amazing mechanical feat in my opinion! So I saw fit to have it and similar pistols to be in my stories.*YOU MUST COMMENT IF YOU FAV!!!*

Nice sketch, they had one of these in our local museum, some of the Irish rebels during the 1916 Easter Rising managed to procure a couple by buying them from army NCO's who nicked them from officers. Apparently up till WW1 & 2 officers would buy them privately.

They were pretty decent firearms from what I understand. They continue to hold a fascination with me due to their unusual function and appearance.

Go look at forgotten weapons on YouTube. They reviewed this gun.
