Description
This origami dragon was not meant to be complex or capture the accurate anatomy of a dragon. I simply wanted to make an origami dragon that is elegant and has a strong dragon look.The name simple represent the model, not the folding steps
Folded from a 15cm square japanese foil paper then painted using tamiya paint, flat red.
I'm still in search of the real dragon

Hey you should post a small tutorial of images on how you make the origiami dragon. not many books show this noor people know how to make one, including myself. Think about it?

Can you please send me the directions on how to fold that? Please? I've searched for a simple, easy dragon origami piece, but to no avail. That little one, though, is beautiful. I'd love to make one, as untalented as I am. I love dragons.

geez, even though it's obviously simple, as far as folding it goes, I still can't imagine actually making up the design! o.0;; I've only made up one design for origami once and it was a flower based off of the Japanese crane design.... very nice work, I like it

What a lovely dragon. Your most simple pieces fascinate me the most it seems. It has a stronge feel of heraldic drgon to it, but maybe that is the colour.
Are you considering doing a tutorial for this? What can I bribe you with to do one? An arttrade maybe?
