Drew the under sketch for this back when I was gloomy on Friday, wanted to draw El but was tired of drawing her sad/in horrible situations so instead drew this relatively mundane scene. Colored and shaded it yesterday and today added the sparklies. Shit. I love it. Like... KAW! I'S MY NEW DESKTOP WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU??

I feel like such an asshole putting this up though, for working with it at all really, considering the other things I have promised/need to do. But when gloomy I cannot for the life of me force myself to do things I'm not inspired to. And I was basically being strangled by some artistic demon or whatever to finish this, thus why I ended up staying up till 2am just rendering this freaking thing. It was probably one of the factors in helping me feel better. I love large scale painting I guess I just don't feel motivated until I'm emo to do them or something I DON'T KNOW. I just know I feel bad doing this but at the same time I don't because I love it.

Moving on to the picture itself, we have Eleanor, or course, you guys should know that by now. xD But with her is a new bastardface yet to grace my gallery with his slitty eyes of RAGE/CONTEMPLATIVE MOLESTATION. His name is Lucifer and he belongs to ~Gwendoleen-6 . I showed her this from each step, sketch to flat color, and I was wondering if I should really render it at all... SSSSOOOOOO glad I did. I went in a semitrance rendering it, Frickin' El always does that to me but, great, now I can add Lulu to the list too. YOU. WHORE. Lulu. >8|

One of the many random things you may not know about El is that she's a damn good doctor. Having to care for herself when she was beaten constantly AND THEN almost to death means she's taken a practically OCD standing on the whole thing. She hordes medical supplies, almost anything you could need, in that trunk down there on the right; she buys them from the Nigerians, in case you're wondering, pays a pretty penny too but since she is paranoid like wow about getting hurt she doesn't mind. And when I say almost anything, I mean she can take care of everything from a lil bobo scratch to removing pieces of shranel or splinting a limb. (No major surgery, sorry. xD) I think, since she is so good at healing and has absolutely no training in it, that she is decended from a line of medical technicians since her knowledge is all instinctive. You know, like in the hive her ancestors' clan specialized in healing and shit? Maybe her parent was just a dumbass, kind of like Harold's dad, a dud that didn't inheret the right genes for a progressive, intelligent mind. (Harold, btw, is decended from a clan of trackers/spies/wtfever you want to call them. He can follow you around without seeing you basically, just based on the minute signs you leave behind whevere you go. Pretty freaking awesome and I didn't even know he could do it till recently. WHOOPS TANGENT.) Seeing she's so good with her hands and visualizing things (that darn artistic mind) it makes sense actually. Ugh it's freaky how they evolve like thiiis. D:

So this is based on a scene in an RP where Lulu's being chased by MNU for being a crazy sunovabitch terrorist er sum shit, and he's been shot, and he and El run into each other (literally) and El feels bad because when he fell down he hurt his antennae (lol El wtf ur too fuckin nice) so she offers to fix up is bullet wound and they go into her shack/tent deailo and she does that, but not before Lulu goes a tad nutters from her metal danglies and that's where we are now. c: The idea of El healing up that thar tomato is simply too much I guess. I couldn't help myself and it turned into this big effin' deal. DAMN IT INSPIRATION let me apply you to other areas!!

I know the lighting is janky in a few places. My excuse is I DO WHAT I WANT BITCH STFU. And I know I fail at inanimate objects. LOL THAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A COT THEY SITTIN' ON, it looks like a table. Do you sleep on a table El? OWIE.

Does it frighten anyone else that it looks like Lulubelle could stand up and just crawl right out of the computer screen he's so 3D-ish? How the feck did that happen? DD8
