If I switch to full size from this skin, I need to double click again on the skin file to get back this theme. I can't apply it from skin selector.

you should place the file in your skins directory.
by default C:\program files\windows media player\skins
or media player could be different.
and i'm aware of the small bug just too lazy to fix it :7

it stops if i click on pause and pauses if i click stop.
