Description Ta-daa the shadow revealed
Anyway, this was a pretty problematic guy.. but now it is ok
VELOPTRON is the second stage of one of the two fossil evolutionary lines of my region Aylath.

---
VELOPTRON, Sickle PKMN, .
ABILITY: Rivalry or Volt Absorb
POKEDEX ENTRY
Its sickles mow the ground minimizing the contact with ground and air while running. Its tail is like a lighting rod and when strucked by a lighting it makes VELOPTRON reach its maximum speed: at that point it can even glide for some metres by simply extending its arms.
[EVOLVES: Starting at Lv. 40 from VELOPTRIC .]
---

Uhmm i'm enough old (?!) to remember jurassic park's velociraptors...due to scientific inaccuracies they were taller, smarter and cooler than the modern feathered velociraptors (take a look to the coolness [link] )... these fossil pkmn are based on that kind of cooler velociraptors, but actually they remind more of a different dino which is called Deinonychus .. it was equipped with unusually large, sickle-shaped talon on each foot, and this is the reason for the sickle shaped feet of my fakes Enjoy

I'm loving these dino/Veloci-based 'mon you made!! Great job on Velo's!!! ~<333 I want one now....

And you're right, the JP raptors were so much cooler than the 'fluffy' things they have now lol. I'm also old enough to remember these.

I like feathered ones too, I guess I'm just more used to the JP-style ones. ^_^ No worries, you're allowed to like whichever ones you want!

Really digging the design there; she (clever girl....) could really pass for a legendary. Very unique look it has there.

You are one of the many people who are doing Poke'mon in Deviantart who need to contact Nintendo and work with them on a new Poke'mon game. This is far too much creativity and talent to go unrecognized in the world. Excellently done and a terrific concept.

I love it! Great design!
Haha, I remember those "velociraptors" too! Through more or less every scene with them I was complaining, "But those are obviously not velociraptors! They look much more like Deinonychus!"
