I start with a plane and add the sky that I usually make myself and then I add a PRO material for the water called Water and Sand and adjust the FOV of it and then start adding my pieces and add materials to them.

But how do you make the spirals and the spheres with holes in them? Sorry, I'm new to Bryce and don't know what most things do.

Make a sphere and then go to METALS and select MESH ... those metals are open cut materials. Just got out of hospital .. so not on here much,.
