fan-art for ArualMeow 's What Lurks Beneath comic!!

It's a "what if" fan-art in which, after surviving Krill's attempted murder, Trout changes a lot and ends up being a lot more like Thresher. I combined Trout's actions in the past(such as her ducking away when Sturgeon puts a paw on top of her head: www.deviantart.com/arualmeow/a… ), Thresher's past quote on page 313 (www.deviantart.com/arualmeow/a… ), and made a guess that Trout is the one who says "Can you please just pretend to respect me?" in Arual's 2022 preview image (found here: www.deviantart.com/arualmeow/a… )

I really tried to capture Arual's style, but, by habit, I kept drawing them in my style that I usually use when drawing cats. I made some changes in hopes to better capture Arual's style though, so hopefully the stylistic differences aren't too terrible! I definitely did not use the comic style in the eyes, ope.

I really ended up not knowing what to do with this artwork after I got both Thresher and Trout colored, kinda winged it.. sorry if it doesn't look well put together ;n;
