You realised the 'metal wolf's' strongest attack is in his mouth and it's a ice attack. Giratina is the one who is in a bad spot but he will probably win.

He still has weaknesses and can still be hurt, stop only using the anime as your only source of information. The manga and games exist too.

I'm not using only the anime, of course Giratina has weaknesses -__- It's one of my main pokemon I use in Pokemon Black and X. And it's only fainted on me 5 times out of the 500 or something battles I've been in with it, so obviously i'm gonna think it's incredibly strong when I've actually had experience with it.

But like I said, I'm biased because I've never played Digimon games, let alone watched more than 9 episodes of the Digimon anime.

You can get a larvesta in a Fire Friend Safari. Be sure to get the one with the ability flame armor.

In the end the match is still unpredictable especially since MetalGarurumon carries an arsenal of Giratina's weakness. Also I don't think physics applies to monsters born from a digital world.

Since a dinosaur man can levitate despite having no telekinetic attributes and immobile wings (or what I assume are wings). Another example would be a large metal wolf which I assume is quite heavy and can yet move at mach speed on all fours. Likely earth laws don't mean jack, the more powerful the digimon is.

Using shadow force could risk him letting go of a fast digimon like MetalGarurumon. It won't be easy to catch that jet-speed arsenal again.

Then again Giratina can get unpredictable with Shadow Force. On top of that it can learn Aura Sphere which can't miss. Giratina even has Double Team and with Thunder Wave Giratina can cut MetalGarurumon's speed in half with the occasional chance that he won't be able to attack. Giratina may not be the fastest Pokemon ever but if it can hit with Thunder Wave it might have a chance at catching MetalGarurumon again. On top of that Giratina has Shadow Sneak which always goes and it can set up a Substitute. And let's not forget Giratina can learn Gravity. Plus if this isn't the Distortion World Giratina has access to Altered Forme. If Giratina can hit with Icy Wind then MetalGarurumon's speed will be lowered and Dark Pulse has a chance to make the opponent flinch and Scary Face will lower MetalGarurumon's speed even more. Dragon Breath has a chance to paralyze the opponent, Ominous Wind has a chance to boost all of Giratina's stats as does Ancient Power, and Slash can land Crits and it's the same with Shadow Claw, and Hex will deal double damage if it hits while MetalGarurumon is paralyzed. I'm not saying MetalGarurumon doesn't have a chance, I'm just pointing out some of Giratina's strong points. I don't mention Toxic for obvious reasons.

I don't think a Pokemon can use all of those attacks in one battle. I'm not taking this reference just from the games, if you've read the manga or watched the anime (I've only watched up to the Lt Surge Battle, still watched all the movies though), you will see in each individual battle that Pokemon are limited to only using 4 or less different attacks. Plus most of those attacks you've described don't sound like they will be that effective towards MetalGarurumon, metal being the key word. MetalGarurumon's body is made up of a material called chrome digizoid a metal exclusive to the digital world which is much stronger than steel. Thunderwave will effect him, there is no denying that but Giratina would have to score lots and lots of hits and that's not going to be too easy (Notably with those attacks you described), especially with MetalGarurumon specializing in Long-Range weaponry. Over all it would still be a fun battle to watch, we may never know the winner.
