She was born with a genetic mutation that she inherited from twilight (because twilight is a unicorn turned alicorn, the wings are in her DNA now but it isn't a strong gene) so that pegasus/wing gene was passed down to snowlight even though it was a very weak one leaving her with smaller than average wings but she is still able to fly.
I'm not sure if I left the explanation here, or on one of the images of snowlight... haha

I don't know why want they to be couple and creating images what you think but is not. The title of the series says the pony friendship is magic they are doing as friends and the only all that you believe and see like boyfriends and all that kind of bullshit. Rainbow dash never fell in love with anyone and never blushes when she sees a pony only he made as friends if were really boyfriends blush and fall in love but it never was real. Tell me why to you think want that they to be boyfriends and tell me why all the stupid want they to be couple and all that kind of crap? because it is fun yes. It is because the friends of twilight not have boyfriends not, but rarity with spike yes is a real couple. what did anyone dash do with the person not fell in love only made friends . What you're saying and seeing images no mean she did these things or fall in love with anyone. I saw her being with her friends and having fun with anyone but not with love only friendship and that you see two people is not what you think. all the images matching with any kind of characters of tv series are creations of a fan in his own imagination and that does not mean it's real.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you make this guide? What program did you use, where did the bases come from, and how were you able to fill in the characters and arrange them on the picture? I'd love to make a guide of my own in a similar style but I don't know the first thing on where to start and what to do.

It took me about a week to do everything. I drew the heads myself and I think the most difficult thing was connecting parents to their children as well as coloring and designing the little heads. You don't want too much detail in just the head of the character which is kinda hard lol I would start with the canvas siE and how long and tall you want it to be, then begin with colors you want to separate first and second gen. The make the head sprite. Make a base of the pony head, make 8 different ones. One unicorn, one Pegasus, one with no horn or wings and one alicorn.the next 4 is the head shape. I used a more round muzzle shape for females and a square muzzle shape for males.
Then place your pony head bases by copying and pasting which families you want where. Then choose your colors and patterns of the family tree. For example, a red straight line for marriage, a pink straight line for children, a light blue line for siblings and a light purple dotted line for adoption. (You can choose whatever Patten and colors of what you like)
Then once you have that down use your pony head bases and start by giving them the base color of the families. For example, my shiningdance family I colored in cadenes pink coat, shininh armors white coat, and their children coat colors. Then if the child or parent has gradient wings I would also color the wings. or extra markings. (Slipping group is really good for this step, but make sure everything is in its proper later. Like a background for the two color separation, a second layer for the fanily lines, the layer above it being the head bases and the layer above that being the colors you're using for the coats and eyes) If you can, use the clipping group for the coat colors.
Once you've got that make a new layer above that for the hair.
everything looks perfect with you then merge all layers together and you're done!
