too lazy to type a full bio at the moment but basically he's an orphan (like how hirakuo was) he's sometimes a klutz and like the tittle suggests he's a scavenger (and hes quite good at it)NOTE: the world that hirakuo and Pipper live in is not a paradise or anything but its more equivalent to a post apocalyptic world where there really is no order only chaos and landscape wise its equivalent to Bara/Spherus Magna in the Bionicle universe

yes the gun/barrel piece thingy is from HF 2.0 and the minfig arms as hands yeah i thought they looked kinda weird but afer seeing alot of mocs with them on brickshelf i decided to give i a try and well it works xD

I got the same kind of world in my storeies, but that is the part where I live, like that town in 'The book of Eli'. but there is also a part jungle, part city, part mountains, etc.
