Makes a better iPod Touch Icon in your Windows Explorer because I think the default isn't looking that good
Update to new driver version that comes with iTunes 9.1!
Replace the usbaaplrc.dll in C:\Windows\system32 and restart you PC. (It may still look like the original but after a while it will change)
Always make a backup of your original file!

If you have the folder band on top go to organize -> layout and select navigation area.
