I really enjoy the title you chose for this one. It fits the picture perfectly. The lighting in this is fantastic, a myriad of colors (like a carousel ). It's amazing what nature can do. Spider webs always fascinate me. This is a great picture. You are so talented. I love your art. ^__^ <3

Thank you girl!

I was very happy with how this picture came out! It is surprisingly hard to take a good photo of a spider web, and even harder to capture colors like these!

You bet. I can imagine. My camera doesn't like to focus in on the web itself, but the background instead. Drives me crazy. DX

I use manual focus and crank the focus by hand, that way I know what its focused on. Unfortunately the wind can blow, or I can take a breath, or my eyes might be tired and I can be slightly out of focus.

Oh, that's neat. Not sure if my camera is as good at that. It's a nice camera, but it's not an SLR. :/

If its compact it probably doesn't have a manual focus option. None do.

I think there is an option to mess with the settings, but the problem is that mine is kind of buried in menus. Kind of sucks. So I just take pictures with the Portrait Macro setting most of the time. It usually works, but I'm picky.

Absolutely stunning capture! The light is gorgeous, and the depth of field gives it a beautiful composition.

Thank you. I actually used two photos to achieve a better depth.
