I swear, that stupid dog is probably on the top ten list of "World's Most Infuriating Things Ever." (Hosted by Steve Irwin, ofcourse.)I lost count at how many times I've instinctively tried to shoot the thing out of blind rage. WE DO NOT LAUGH AT THE MAN WITH THE GUN.
Note: Being a girl kind of sucks because you can't call yourself "the man."

That's great!!! I remember that game very well... Did you know that once you clear level/stage 99, it goes back to stage 1? I reset the level 5 times before I got so sick of it I turned it off (Mario/Duck Hunt was the only game I had at the time). I haven't played it since...
I saw a ROM hack of it once where someone made it so you COULD shoot the dog! It came up with it's face all black, growled at you and then attacked you. I wish I could find that again...

That dog is certainly on my top 10 list of most infuriating things ever... Though once you learn the point the gun at a lightbulb and fire like crazy and you never miss trick... Your all good... If you notice the screen flashes black with a white block where the duck is that white is all the gun looks for... But it has to be a light or it won't work...

For those who didn't see my previous comments...
I was one time in Chuck E Cheese (at the time, it was called Showbiz Pizza; yes I remember its old name), and noticed a demo of the arcade Duck Hunt. There was one where you could actually shoot the dog (in the @$$ even!). Then during the scene after the shooting, both the duck(s) AND the dog walk past, with their legs in casts and walking on crutches, and looking at you--P.O.'ed.
