Oh come on, we all know "spend your money wisely" really means "blow every penny you've ever made on candy and explosives!"And, if the minute setting confuses you, it's the bank-teller person across the street from the Bomb Shop in Majora's Mask.
Honestly, setting up a bank right next to an explosives store? Though I guess when someone walks past a store selling bombs to ten-year-olds their first thought is "I need lots of money right now."

The bank person seems really... errr... both gender. And how do they always recognize you as the same person no matter what race you are... When with the Zoras, they think your Miaku(can't spell ><"), Gorons think your... err I forgot his name already, and Dekus (well they don't matter, even though you can shift forms right in front of them I they don't even care. XD)
